For the purpose of the PsychSafe Total Value Calculator, the estimated value of $1,230 per employee is based on a sample of 10 training and certificate programs within the PsychSafe Learning Lab. This conservative estimate excludes the value of the platform's assessments, tools, resources, templates, and workplace supports, making the overall employee value substantially higher.

The calculator also illustrates how even a modest improvement in two workplace metrics — attendance and presenteeism — can create meaningful organizational value. These measures are provided as examples only.
